NON-DAIRY MAC & "CHEESE"

2 cups Chicken Broth
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp garlic powder
salt
pepper
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp yellow mustard
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1/2 cup frozen peas
Cooked pasta

Combine the broth, the flour and the garlic powder until flour is dissolved.
Place in a stockpot with all the ingredients except the spinach and the peas.
Once the sauce is thick and bubbly, add the vegetables.
Adjust seasoning.
The sauce should resemble melted cheese.

Toss with the pasta and enjoy!!!

*I found that it was a bit too tart, you can skip the lemon and mustard altogether if you don't want the tartness.
