FUSILLI WITH SMOKED SALMON, SPINACH & PEAS

Fusilli pasta
Spinach
Peas
Smoked salmon
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt. when almost done, throw in the chopped spinach and peas.
When pasta is cooked, drain and return to pan.

Add the chopped smoked salmon and season with olive oil, salt and pepper.

SIMPLE YET DELICIOUS!
