2 Cups Squid, cleaned and cut in rings
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 bay leaves
1 bottle Cerveza Negra beer
1 cup tomato sauce
1 chicken bouillion cube
Salt and Pepper
Saute onions in olive oil until transluscent.
Add the squid until it curls. Add all the ingredients and stew until squid is tender and sauce is thick.
Adjust seasoning.
